Casa Hannah is a beautiful 3 bedroomed villa just a stone's throw from Playa Blanca’s fabulous promenade and a 10-minute walk from the Marina Rubicón village, famous for its wonderful array of restaurants and excellent shopping. Located in the beautiful Residencial Iris Complex, and overlooking a stunning shared pool, Casa Hannah is the perfect holiday villa to enjoy everything that Playa Blanca has to offer.
As you arrive at your dream Lanzarote holiday villa, there’s a pretty garden area complete with 6 sunbeds and a comfortable outdoor seating area so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine whilst overlooking the pool.
Walking into your holiday villa, you’re immediately in the heart of your Playa Blanca home. An open-plan living space - lounge, kitchen, and dining area is comfortable and has everything that you might need and want.
There’s a corner sofa and a large screen TV complete with international channels, BBC, ITV, Sports and Movies – perfect for a relaxing evening together.
Your kitchen has been expertly designed and is a complete home from home. Appliances include a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a microwave… we’ve tried to think of everything a budding Chef and a bustling family might need!
Walking up to the first floor, your master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning for those warm Summer nights. A pretty little balcony leads from the bedroom and overlooks the pool area. Enjoying the perfect rays of the rising sun, we can’t think of a lovelier place to enjoy a morning coffee.
Across the landing is a twin bedroom, with two single beds and a large, fitted wardrobe.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with two single beds and a desk. Through French windows, the bedroom leads to the private terrace to the rear of the property.
This lovely private terrace benefits from a beautifully presented feature BBQ and seating area with fairy lights… perfect for an evening of great food, drinks, and the best company!
There is also a storage cupboard out the back which is where the washing machine is housed.

We had lovely time. Very well equipped. Very peaceful location. It should be stated that Papagayo beaches can only be reached by foot by hiking over the hills. We enjoyed the hike but I expect others it might not suit

We stayed in the house for 10 days, we asked when they would change the sheets and towels, they told us that from the 12th they make the changes. It's not too much to go 12 days without change??. Very kindly the manager changed our towels.

Pool was a good size and kept very clean, daily pool cleaning, and although not heated we enjoyed many swims. Thank you to the team for excellent service, from booking, arrival and meeting our needs. Happy to recommend Casa Hannah. |

We cannot think of anything, we asked if a bulb could be changed in the outside light so it was easier to see to get keys and open door, it was done without fuss and within a couple of hours, top marks from us.

Location, location, location, this is the perfect location, right on the beautiful seafront promenade, short walk to the Marina with its excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars. From the Marina it is only a short stroll to the stunning Playa Dsee more

From the Marina it is only a short stroll to the stunning Playa Dorada beach and on to the centre of Playa Blanca. On the other direction from the villa you can take a beautiful walk to the sensational world famous Papagayo beach (a must visit)
The villa is clean and exceptionally well equipped including an office desk and excellent WiFi for remote working, a Nespresso coffee machine, an excellent selection on TV channels (including Sky Sports, BT Sport, Movies etc.) and an amazing built in BBQ out the back We really enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend this villa. |

The villa is lovely and clean, fully equipped kitchen, soap and toilet rolls in both bathrooms. 27 steps from the villa to to communal pool which is lovely and quiet, was never busy while we were there.
Location wise, a short few minutes walk to the promenade, turn right and 15 min stroll to the Marina. Or turn left and 10 min stroll to Las Collerades. Lovely bars and restaurants both ways. We will definitely return to Casa Hannah |

My only issue was that on the listing of the villa it said air conditioning included in the price. However there was a small i next to this which I hadn’t clicked on, which states air conditioning via coin meter. So air conditioning is not included isee more

And only in the master bedroom.
I contacted the agents and they did supply a fan to us the same day, so can’t really complain. Also normally there is a lovely breeze in Lanzarote, which would cool the villa down. But believe me you need air con or fans if there is no breeze. |

The house is a great size for a family of up to 6 and 1km easy, pedestrianised walk from Marina Rubicon. It has everything you need including a fab washing machine so pack light and save airline baggage charges.

It’s further out from sandy tourist beaches and Playa Blanca. That was not a problem for us-this house is well away from nightlife too. Location is safe and quiet with friendly neighbours-some rentals and some owners. The pool is immaculately clean, a great size and was quiet most days. There is a UK brands supermarket but we preferred the HiperDino, only two blocks away. Close enough to carry 6.5l water bottles back. All the booking and arrival arrangements went smoothly. We had a courtesy visit from the agency and could ask any particular questions then. |

Book your car hire in advance -we were a bit limited in sightseeing because we didn’t and couldn’t get one at short notice but the Superpedestrian Link Scooters are fun and will take you that bit further more quickly.

Only the main bedroom has air con but fans are provided and Lanzarote is usually windy so it is possible to cool the house. If booking a bus transfer the nearest hotel is Mirador Papayago - a very short walk. That info would be useful in the rental listing. |
