Description
Villa Alegranza is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa with private heated pool, WiFi & Air Conditioning. Located on the sought after residential community of Parque Del Rey, Playa Blanca.
Villa Alegranza has large gates at the front of the property providing great privacy and security. The villa has been designed to be disabled friendly with no steps around the property and only a small lip from the terrace to the entrances.
As you enter the villa there is an open plan kitchen and dining area, which is fully equipped with everything you would expect from a villa of this standard. The kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutler, crockery and enough cookware and equipment to please most cooks.
Leading off the dining area is the newly refurbished lounge. This has seating for 4 with a wide screen TV, DVD Player (DVD's not supplied), fantastic IPTV system (BBC channels, ITV channels, SKY channels, SKY Sports, Sky Movies and a multitude of international channels), which is all back up by a new FIBER OPTIC Internet connection getting up to 300mb of download speed!! New full-length glass doors that can fold right back, make the space light and spacious and you can open these up so the room can be used as an extension to the outdoors. This gives really easy access to the BBQ area.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, both benefiting from Air Conditioning (Coin Operated). The master bedroom has a king size bed and overlooks the rear garden area. The second bedroom is set up as a twin room and has an en-suite shower room which is suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside the villa boasts a private electrically heated pool with steps and handrail. The terrace has 4 sunbeds, large purpose-built BBQ with sink and outside table for Al Fresco Dining.
Around the back of the property has been landscaped with artificial grass so it is child-friendly and always looks great. Set on the grass is the Hot Tub which is completely private and great for those clear Lanzarote nights to chill out and relax with a glass of something!
Villa Alegranza is located in a community known as Parque Del Rey and this is centrally located within Playa Blanca, only being approximately a 15-minute walk to the main promenade, at least 2 beautiful beaches and the water park - Aqua Lava.

The villa is very private ad quiet with a high wall and gate unlike some of the others on the estate. The pool area and gardens have been updated with new pool surround tiles and a plastic grass area giving a new place for late sun..to be fair there see more

The pool area and gardens have been updated with new pool surround tiles and a plastic grass area giving a new place for late sun..to be fair there is a 3rd area too at the back where the hot tub is (but we did not use that)
Location wise its perfect a short 20-30 min walk into town and a less than 5 euro taxi home after a beer or two -) Both bedrooms have coin operated Aircon (1 and 2 euro coins) which seemed very reasonable cost wise to ensure a great nights sleep and the large bed for sure was very comfortable. A small welcome pack or beer, water, wine and milk was a nice touch incase of late arrival. |

The Villa was everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a nice quiet location.
We had a slight issue with the pool not being heated, but was resolved as soon as we mentioned it. Everybody was attentive and accommodating.see more

Another fantastic week in this lovely villa....since last year they have upgraded the patio and gardens (though from memory the old one was OK) the fake grass area give access to the late sun so an improvement

An Electric Filter Coffee maker is all that is missing....
IPTV is a great idea but sadly we could not get it working...step by step instructions applicable to the TV and Mag box in the villa's folder would be very helpful...am sure its down to us besee more

Pool was lovely and warm and cleaned once during our stay. A net would have been helpful to remove leaves etc ourselves. The hot water tank whilst super hot was not big enough to allow 2 showers consecutively. Whilst this didn’t bother us if more thsee more

Wow! Were the words when we arrived, a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The accommodation is based within a complex of similar properties. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The area around the pool is very secluded, the lounge area has the option of opening the doors onto the pool area, the rooms are ample sized and benefit from a large shower room at the back of the accommodation. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment and basics you could need alongside the generous welcome gifts. We chose to have the pool heated though it wasn't when we arrived (not usually requested in peak season), we preferred it heated. The hot tub is a nice added extra but the pool was adequate. Our rental car was beneficial with doing the shopping and for visits to the far side of the resort. This is a lovely little holiday in itself, would recommend

Lovely little villa and great service. We loved the fully equipped kitchen allowing us to make some meals. We loved the patio area so that we could lounge or swim. It was ideal and catered for everything we needed.

It would be great if the sun lounge chairs were more comfortable - after an hour of luring on them it was uncomfortable.
Also just to be shown around the villa, specifically where the cupboards for brooms and mops - as we looked and assumed there wesee more

Lighting in evening makes the pool area look extra special.
Tv took some working out but most channels available. Wi fi very good connection.

Wife left handbag in taxi....returned within 15 mins by driver, lovely honest people. |

I know its known as windy island but we have never seen it quiet so bad, unfortunately there is no broom to sweep patio and tiled floor so lots of leaves and dust blowing in.
Would also benafit from larger umbrella for more shade on patio.(we did trysee more

We only had a quick 5 day break and it was great. Everything you need, decent sized pool, hot tub, lovely new kitchen and 2 good sized bedrooms. Beautifully clean and well presented.
