Villa Bella Valen is a stunning villa furnished and prepared to the highest standards. It has a 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private heated pool, Air conditioning, pool table, luxurious Hot Tub and FREE WiFi.
Villa Bella Valen has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom and its bathroom are located on the upper floor which has a large terrace and balcony. The twin bedroom is on the ground floor and the second bathroom is a family bathroom also on the ground floor.
The modern fitted kitchen is well equipped and has a dining are for up to six people. The kitchen has the usual appliances; microwave, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob and an abundance of cooking utensils to satisfy the most enthusiastic of chefs.
In the lounge area there is a large screen TV with an excellent choice of channels (including BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 + most of the main SKY channels including the movies & sports), DVD player (DVD's not supplied). The villa also boasts unlimited internet connection.
The villa is well equipped for the outdoor life with sunbeds and ample seating in the pool area. There is a large BBQ and outdoor dining facilities shaded by a pergola.
The easy access heated swimming pool has a four poster sun lounger beside it on which to relax and soak up the sun. There is also a separate Hot Tub (additional fee applies - please ask for price).
Overall, Villa Bella Valen is well equipped and beautifully presented. It is located in the Las Maretas residential area at the Western end of Playa Blanca with views across to the islands of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura. There are several bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and a regular bus service into Playa Blanca town.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.
CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.
WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambiance, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.

Everything about the villa was absolutely spot on! This villa is all about the outside space, which is just brilliant. There’s enough room for plenty of people, the pool is lovely, there is loads to do (ping pong table, pool table, darts board etc) asee more

This was our second stay at this villa, the first being in 2018. A lot has changed in that time, the increase of bedrooms from 2 to 4 which is brilliant and completed to a really high standard.

This is our favourite villa to stay in and we are surrounded by lots to do, beautiful restaurants and bars and beaches. The hot tub is a new addition, however, we didn’t use this was not included in the price and seemed quite high. I would say the positioning of the hot tub is not great as it is right in the middle of the sun lounger area which creates a divide and makes the area quite cramped. It would be better positioned on the other side of the outside area near the side gate. We do love this villa and have booked again for next year (this was down prior to this years stay) |

The instructions for entering the Villa weren’t great. There was no instruction to say the sliding gate would be left open and that the key box was inside the gates so we spent ages trying to fisee more

There was no instruction to say the sliding gate would be left open and that the key box was inside the gates so we spent ages trying to figure out how to actually get in as no one met us when we arrived. The pool lights didn’t work which was disappointing on a night. There is only one tray/shelf in the oven which when trying to cook a meal for the 5 of us was a pain as it had to be done in stages. Can we please request additional shelves for our stay in august 2024. There was no welcome pack as we have had previously. We do understand it is self catering but in every other Villa we have stayed there have been little things left from previous guests such as the washing up liquid, salt, herbs etc but there was nothing at all. There are 4 sun loungers downstairs but two up stairs. We needed 5 but didn’t want to bring one down for fear of scraping paint work and we couldn’t find a spare cushion. If the Villa is now being rented for 8 people there needs to be 8 loungers with cushions, around the pool, to allow everyone to enjoy the sun. The new downstairs room is beautiful but there is no door handle, just an unfinished hole to put your fingers in. It’s seems like this isn’t finished off. In the new upstairs room you can see daylight where the black rock wall meets the roof. This needs sealing. |

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a holiday house on Lanzarote with another family and our two kids, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of help and support provided by the owner, who was always available to answer any questions we had.
The facilities at the holiday house were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kids loved playing in the large outdoor area, which was secure and provided plenty of room for them to run around and explore. One thing that really stood out to us was the owner's attention to detail. They had thought of everything to ensure that our stay was as smooth and stress-free as possible. We appreciated the little touches like the welcome basket of snacks and the information pack about the local area, which included recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying at this holiday house on Lanzarote. It provided the perfect base for us to explore the island and create lasting memories with our family and friends. We would definitely recommend this holiday house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay on their next visit to Lanzarote. |

Table tennis table a bit wonky but we still played without a problem. Ideally would have liked to have had the hot tub included in the villa price but we understand these things are not cheap to run. Some recommendations of good restaurants would alssee more

Think the new jacuzzi that would be at additional cost of around 200 euros is silly, unnecessary. It looked an eyesore as was very large and bulky and was disappointed to see it had replaced the small/baby pool as we hadn’t been told prior to our holsee more

The small pool would have been ideal for our youngest child and was actually why we booked the villa initially so was a real shame.
As a side note and simply for improvement we would suggest the villa needs more plates and cups and the double bed really should go in the balcony room as has been said in other reviews! This seemed like the master room and yet had two single beds in. Minor improvements but fantastic villa! |

The out door space is impressive. The main double bedroom upstairs is relatively small with an enormous amount of storage space. The second (two singles) bedroom upstairs is huge with a minimum amount of storage space. Bedrooms upstairs share the upstairs bathroom. The downstairs bedroom is large with a huge storage / dressing room area. The downstairs bedroom is 10 yards away from the downstairs bathroom. A very strange design for such a modern villa especially with no en suite. The TV sitting area is compact and would not be suitable for 6 adults. More relevant in Winter than Summer when it is more likely you will be sat outside.

The price was very expensive compared to other villas that are bigger with cleaner and better pools. It never ever heated up. We chose this villa to spend time in the lovely pool but could hardly ever go in it as it was so so so cold. So we feel we wsee more

The pool heating is included in the price of the villa and it should achieve a temperature of between 27-28oC dependant on the ambient temperature - the temperature at the bringing of October was great as well??
