Bienvenue au « Little Paradise », une toute nouvelle villa située dans la ville populaire de Playa Blanca à Lanzarote. La villa est répartie sur deux niveaux, au rez-de-chaussée lorsque vous entrez dans la maison, il y a un spacieux salon décloisonné, une salle à manger, un coin cuisine, le salon dispose de 2 canapés en cuir, d'une télévision avec chaînes complètes britanniques et européennes et d'un lecteur DVD. Il y a 2 tables à manger modernes pouvant accueillir chacune 6 personnes. La cuisine est bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, four, plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur-congélateur de bonne taille, micro-ondes, grille-pain et machine à café. Au même niveau, il y a une chambre double avec lit King Size et portes-fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse supérieure, cette chambre dispose d'une salle de bains avec grande douche à l'italienne. Il y a une salle de bains familiale juste à côté du couloir.
Prendre les escaliers jusqu'au niveau inférieur vous mènera à 3 autres chambres, deux chambres doubles avec lits King Size, une avec salle de bains attenante, une grande chambre à lits jumeaux et deux salles de bains familiales supplémentaires. Chaque chambre dispose de portes-fenêtres menant à la terrasse inférieure et toutes les fenêtres et portes sont équipées de volets et de moustiquaires.
Le jardin est immense avec un patio d'environ 16 x 16 mètres, une douche solaire extérieure, 8 transats et des coins repas extérieurs. La piscine est fabuleuse, idéale pour un grand groupe d'invités, mesurant 10 x 4 mètres, elle dispose d'un espace jacuzzi intégré et est chauffée électriquement pendant les mois d'hiver.

Really nice villa, we thought the location was good although it's about a 20 minute walk to the front we enjoyed the walk but a taxi is only 3 euros anyway, very clean inside and pool area and there is a shop just across the road if you need anythingplus

Villasnow were great, and answered any question quickly. The accommodation was very spacious and the beds were comfortable, however the lounge furniture could do with updating. The pool and patio was great and clean.

Very large villa on two levels. Bedrooms on lower level very quiet and cool great for those hot evenings.
Pool/garden is excellent very enclosed and great pool.
Although kitchen is smaller its great access and plenty of appliances makes up for the siplus

The villa was clean on arrival, a welcome pack left was a nice touch.
The outside area was a hit with my 3 grand daughters, whom especially loved the pool. The booking process was simple and replies from Jason prompt.

A stunning spacious villa with a generous outside pool area. The villa is more than capable of accommodating 8 guests. Our party of 5 had plenty of space both inside and outside the villa. The balcony eating area on the top floor of the villa is juplus
A stunning spacious villa with a generous outside pool area. The villa is more than capable of accommodating 8 guests. Our party of 5 had plenty of space both inside and outside the villa. The balcony eating area on the top floor of the villa is just perfect. Gorgeous views over the sea. We enjoyed watching the daily ferry! The pool is large with a glorious spa seat built in. Plenty of inflatables left for the kids to use. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival which was extremely thoughtful and very welcome after a long and tiring journey to the villa. All the little touches like hand wash, toilet rolls and luxurious fluffy towels were much appreciated. We had to drag ourselves out of bed each day as the memory foam mattress was just too comfy! I would highly recommend this villa, the location, view and layout of the villa is just perfect! You won't be disappointed!

Whilst the villa is generally accessible for all it would benefit from a hand rail to aid access to the pool for those with mobility issues.
Those with young children need to be aware of the stairs and the option of a baby gate would also be of beneplus
