Casa Braeside es una elegante villa con capacidad para 8 personas, situada al pie del Volcán Montaña Roja en la tranquila zona residencial de Los Alisios, a poca distancia de la popular zona del Parque Faro con sus bares, restaurantes y supermercados. A sólo 5 minutos en coche del centro de Playa Blanca.
Casa Braeside es perfecta para aquellos que buscan una propiedad espaciosa y elegante con impresionantes vistas y total privacidad, siendo uno de los aspectos más destacados la vista más perfecta de las espectaculares puestas de sol de Lanzarote (¡los amaneceres sobre el volcán también son bastante espectaculares!).
Desde el momento en que cruzas la puerta hacia la gran entrada tendrás una sensación de espacio. La villa está distribuida en 2 niveles y el primer nivel tiene acceso al moderno estudio contemporáneo de 2 dormitorios con baño y salón equipado con TV/reproductor de DVD.
En el primer nivel encontrará la casa principal que cuenta con un gran salón abierto con techo estilo catedral, así como los 2 dormitorios principales. Las habitaciones cuentan con unidades de aire acondicionado; el aire acondicionado funciona mediante un contador que funciona con monedas. El sistema de televisión tiene canales completos del Reino Unido, incluidos los principales canales de películas y deportes aéreos.
Hay una cocina totalmente equipada, un comedor con vistas a Fuerteventura y al otro lado del Atlántico, un lavadero y una zona de oficina.
En el exterior encontrará un gran jardín impresionante con una hermosa variedad de plantas maduras y la vista más espectacular de Montaña Roja. Con una selección de tumbonas alrededor de la piscina privada climatizada, asientos al aire libre y hamacas, hay mucho espacio para que todos se relajen y disfruten de sus vacaciones.

Schöne Villa - gelegen am Fuße des Montana Roja mit Blick nach Fuerteventura und dem Leuchtturm! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist aber zu hoch. Man hat zwar absolute Privatsphäre, aber das rechtfertigt nicht den hohen Preis unserer Meinung nach.

There are lots of lockable doors so I felt very safe knowing the kids couldn’t wander to the pool without adults opening them. Beautiful views from the indoor dining room and the views from the pool are as amazing. Couldn’t recommend more, had everything we needed for a 2 week family holiday - will be booking for next year most definitely. There was 5 of us but I’d say when with 8 you could all have your own space and privacy, so many lovely areas to enjoy, poolside or playing snooker the gardens are beautiful and the new owners were so helpful and welcoming. Thanks for letting us stay.

The mosquito nets on the shutters were a great addition, however, there were a couple of holes in bedroom two and the studio which needed fixing.

Also a couple of minor issues that had been reported but could not be fixed for our stay. The toilet seats were loose and the sliding doors in the studio didn’t close properly. |

Only one small thing that disrupted the peace and tranquility was the very noisy pool pump! Very loud and just needs some insulation .. it was the only thing that we could suggest could be improved!!

Villa is amazing, location is perfect. Jason was here to help us for everything and he is really reactive. Lanzarote is a wonderful Island you can enjoy with friends and family.

It's location in quiet and delightful Los Alisios residences provides incredible views of both Montana Roja and across the sea to Fuerteventura, and unusually a view west for magical sunsets! Ideal with a car with parking outside, yet just a 10-15 min walk down to the bus stop or Faro Park for shops and restaurants. Taxi to Playa Blanca 5 Euro, Marina Rubicon 8 Euro. All the facilities are first class, both inside and outside, including comfortable seating areas and the heated (winter) pool. Immaculately clean, with fantastic service from the hosts, would certainly return! Thank you!

The villa is perfect. There is a self-contained ground floor which was ideal for my son and his family and then we all got together on the upper floor. They have thought of everything and there was plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery glasses etc. Tv ver más

They have thought of everything and there was plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery glasses etc. Tv was good and was able to get my netflix on the couple of days we had the red sandstorms and the outside space is just wonderful. Aamazing weather and we were able to eat. swim and sunbathe outside. This space has been very well thought out and we all used it in different ways. Swimming , reading and jiust relaxing.
The are is great and is very quiet. Not far from the lovely marina and the island itself has plenty to offer. We have never stayed in a better villa. Every area is utilised to it's best and lots of thought given. I'd recommend to anybody including groups of friends or like us grandparents with offspring and grandchildren. |

If I am being picky the floor sweeper was useless and didn't pick up well . With a young family we could have done with something better.....as with the sand.
