La Villa Alegranza es una villa de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño con piscina privada climatizada, WiFi y aire acondicionado. Situada en la exclusiva comunidad residencial de Parque del Rey, Playa Blanca.
Villa Alegranza tiene grandes puertas en la parte delantera de la propiedad proporcionando gran privacidad y seguridad. La villa ha sido diseñada para ser accesible a los discapacitados, sin escalones alrededor de la propiedad y sólo un pequeño borde desde la terraza hasta las entradas.
Al entrar en la villa hay una cocina y un comedor abiertos, totalmente equipados con todo lo que se espera de una villa de este nivel. La cocina incluye una lavadora, un refrigerador-congelador, un microondas, una tostadora, una vajilla y suficientes utensilios de cocina y equipos para complacer a la mayoría de los cocineros.
A la entrada del comedor se encuentra el salón recién reformado. Este tiene capacidad para 4 personas con un televisor de pantalla ancha, reproductor de DVD (DVD no incluido), y todo ello respaldado por una nueva conexión a Internet de FIBRA ÓPTICA que consigue hasta 300mb de velocidad de descarga. Nuevas puertas de cristal de longitud total que pueden plegarse hacia atrás hacen que el espacio sea liviano y espacioso y se pueden abrir para que la habitación se pueda utilizar como una extensión del exterior. Esto da un acceso realmente fácil al área de barbacoa.
La villa tiene 2 habitaciones, ambas con aire acondicionado (funciona con monedas). El dormitorio principal tiene una cama grande y tiene vistas al jardín trasero. El segundo dormitorio es una habitación con dos camas y tiene un cuarto de baño con ducha que es adecuado para los clientes en silla de ruedas.
En el exterior de la villa hay una piscina privada con climatización eléctrica, con escalones y pasamanos. La terraza tiene 4 camas hamacas, una gran barbacoa con fregadero y una mesa exterior para el comedor al aire libre.
La parte trasera de la villa ha sido ajardinada con césped artificial por lo que es agradable para los niños y siempre se ve genial. Sobre el césped está el jacuzzi, que es completamente privado y fantástico para disfrutar de las noches claras y estrelladas de Lanzarote.
Villa Alegranza se encuentra en una comunidad conocida como Parque del Rey y está situada en el centro de Playa Blanca, a sólo 15 minutos a pie del paseo principal, y de dos hermosas playas y del parque acuático - Aqua Lava.

The villa is very private ad quiet with a high wall and gate unlike some of the others on the estate. The pool area and gardens have been updated with new pool surround tiles and a plastic grass area giving a new place for late sun..to be fair there ver más

The pool area and gardens have been updated with new pool surround tiles and a plastic grass area giving a new place for late sun..to be fair there is a 3rd area too at the back where the hot tub is (but we did not use that)
Location wise its perfect a short 20-30 min walk into town and a less than 5 euro taxi home after a beer or two -) Both bedrooms have coin operated Aircon (1 and 2 euro coins) which seemed very reasonable cost wise to ensure a great nights sleep and the large bed for sure was very comfortable. A small welcome pack or beer, water, wine and milk was a nice touch incase of late arrival. |

Wow! Were the words when we arrived, a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The accommodation is based within a complex of similar properties. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The area around the pool is very secluded, the lounge area has the option of opening the doors onto the pool area, the rooms are ample sized and benefit from a large shower room at the back of the accommodation. The kitchen is stocked with all equipment and basics you could need alongside the generous welcome gifts. We chose to have the pool heated though it wasn't when we arrived (not usually requested in peak season), we preferred it heated. The hot tub is a nice added extra but the pool was adequate. Our rental car was beneficial with doing the shopping and for visits to the far side of the resort. This is a lovely little holiday in itself, would recommend

I know its known as windy island but we have never seen it quiet so bad, unfortunately there is no broom to sweep patio and tiled floor so lots of leaves and dust blowing in.
