Del Sol se encuentra en la zona residencial privada de Montana Roja (Volcán Rojo) en Playa Blanca, que está dominada por el impresionante volcán extinto de la Montaña Roja y con unas magníficas vistas al mar. La villa tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, piscina privada climatizada, aire acondicionado y WiFi GRATUITO.
La casa tiene una piscina privada con climatización eléctrica y para asegurar su privacidad hemos construido un hermoso muro de piedra de lava volcánica alrededor de todo el jardín, por lo que la total privacidad esta garantizada.
Para mantener la sensación tradicional de las vacaciones españolas hemos diseñado una barbacoa construida según la antigua tradición en la terraza, con una zona de preparación a un lado, incluyendo un fregadero y una zona cubierta.
La terraza superior tiene una atractiva valla con puertas que es excelente para los padres con niños pequeños, para evitar que se acerquen sin supervisión a la piscina.
El interior de la villa ha sido diseñado para agradar de la mejor manera posible todas las edades, y está amueblada con una mezcla de lo tradicional y lo moderno, para dar una sensación elegante, tanto en los muebles ingleses como en los españoles.
La propiedad tiene una gran pantalla plana de televisión con una excelente selección de canales incluyendo canales internacionales, reproductor de DVD (DVD's no incluidos).
Desde el hermoso salón, tienes puertas correderas que se abren hacia la terraza superior con vistas a la piscina, al igual que en el dormitorio en suite.
La villa tiene una cocina moderna magníficamente diseñada y equipada. La cocina incluye un lavavajillas, una lavadora, un microondas, un horno eléctrico, una placa de gas, una tostadora y una tetera.
El dormitorio principal en suite con su gran cama (1,80 )tiene puertas correderas que conducen directamente a la terraza. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de 1,60 y la tercera habitación es una habitación con dos camas. Todos los dormitorios tienen contraventanas con mosquiteras incorporadas.
Cada dormitorio está equipado con unidades de aire acondicionado individuales que también actúan como deshumidificadores o purificadores de aire para unas condiciones de sueño perfectas, independientemente del clima. Funcionan con un sistema de contador de monedas y están disponibles para todos los huéspedes.
Tanto los ventiladores de pie como los de techo están incluidos en el precio básico de la villa. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas limpias cada semana, incluyendo las toallas de playa.

Our son loved the box of inflatables, buckets, spades and Parasols in the yard, perfect for the pool and a few beach days without having to buy any of those things. The whole place was clean, plenty of towels and utensils and plates in the kitchen. If you are looking, just book, and book direct as it was easier then booking via a 3rd party like Tripadvisor.

We decided to stay for a full month this year, being in the villa for the full month you realise how much the changes effected us, in our opinion we feel that one of the best features of the villa has been taken away, the BBQ area was one of our bestver más
We decided to stay for a full month this year, being in the villa for the full month you realise how much the changes effected us, in our opinion we feel that one of the best features of the villa has been taken away, the BBQ area was one of our best areas to sit at night time, eat our dinner and play cards, the lighting was good the whole area was a special area, with that area not their anymore we didn't enjoy it so much, the new BBQ position and the seating area was not to our liking, with no lighting in place it was impossible to sit in the area in the evening, lighting should have been a number one priority when moving the BBQ.

The area around the BBQ is going to be extended and the lighting in place, a new seating area and possibly a fire pit will be going in as well, to make the area really sociable for the future. The wok and frying pans could do with replacing. The dishwasher did not really clean the dishes properly. But we were fine to wash up. Also 2 sets of towels would be nice plus a bath mat in the second bathroom. And last a mirror in the other double bver más

We loved this villa, great location. Villa is spotless well maintained and well equipped. The outside area was amazing we have loved every second of being here and we can’t wait to return.

Instructions for switching off villa alarm would have been useful on arrival! Replacement of ripped canopy needed. Provision of a couple of euro coins for air con would be useful to start the week.

Everything about this villa was as wondedful and had everything you could possibly want, the outside space was ample and well maintained and the deck area was a great addition with comfy seating in the shade.

Inside was immaculate and the villa had everything you would need, the welcome pack was very well received as we arrived late. The location is great, on a quiet street, and 10 minutes for a walk to flamingo area and probably another 15 to playa blanca centre. We were lucky enough to meet the owners whilst there and they were very helpful and accomodating. We had a few small issues on arrival which were sorted promptly the next day by villas now reps. |

No real negatives about the villa, the only thing we would have liked was a brush and pan to clean the tiled living/kitchen space as we saw fit.
